To enroll at Seattle Central Community College, applicants must be at least 18 years old or have a high school diploma or GED. International students need an F-1 visa and proof of English proficiency via TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent tests. All applicants must complete an online application and submit official transcripts.
Some programs may have additional requirements, such as prerequisites or placement tests. Running Start students (high school juniors/seniors) must meet GPA standards and obtain school approval. Undocumented students can apply under Washington state’s HB 1079 policy, allowing eligibility for in-state tuition.
