Richard Bland College (RBC) requires applicants to be high school graduates or hold a GED. Prospective students must submit official transcripts demonstrating a minimum 2.0 GPA. Standardized test scores (SAT/ACT) are optional but recommended for scholarship consideration.
International students must provide proof of English proficiency via TOEFL (61 iBT) or IELTS (5.5). Homeschooled applicants need a completed homeschool agreement form. Dual enrollment is available for high school students with a 3.0 GPA and counselor approval. All applicants must complete the online application and pay a $50 fee. Additional program-specific requirements may apply for certain majors.
