Poland also offers a Blue Card for highly skilled non-EU workers, requiring a job offer with a salary exceeding 1.5 times the average wage. Additionally, graduates can explore opportunities under the EU’s Directive 2016/801, which facilitates stays for research, study, or training purposes.
